New Feature: Community News

I’ve just added a new plug-in to try out, which is based on an old feature that we had on the forums.  It’s a Community News Submission Form!  If you know of any news related to the movies and the actors, use that form to submit it, and I’ll go through those whenever I am alerted that one has been submitted and post the most valid stories to the site!
